• 9:00amBreakfast: Tongue & Brisket platters and coffee
• LunchLight leftovers. Use the middle of the day for users, evidence, and mentors.
• 5:30pmDinner: icco pizza, halal options, and fresh Red Bull
• 8:00pmMilestone 2: show traction, user proof, or the strongest working demo so far
• OvernightFinal push. Keep Discord updated and get help early.
